MUSIC SYNC
The phone communicates with a computer via ActiveSync.
1.
Before you connect the device, set your device to Music Sync Mode.
To do this tap the
Menu icon
and select
Settings
>
Phone
>
USB Connection Mode
>
Music Sync
>
Save
.
2.
Connect the Quickfire to your PC with a USB cable.
3.
Close ActiveSync
®
(it will automatically open when you connect your
device).
4.
Open Windows Media
®
Player on your PC.
5.
Click “Media Library“, then highlight the music you want to copy.
6.
Right-click on it, then click Add to Playlist“.
7.
Click “Sync List“ (The songs will appear in the “Sync List“ pane on
the right).
8.
Click “Start Sync“.

To transfer music to your device, you will need:
Microsoft
®
ActiveSync
®
installed on your PC.
Windows Media
®
Player 10 (or higher) installed on your PC. You can
download this at: http://www.microsoft.com/mediaplayer.
You will need a microSD card to use Music Sync. If you attempt to
connect to Music Sync without a card, "SD not found, cannot access
to Music Sync" will appear.
